Before I ever picked up a camera, I was wedding planner learning how to create calm in the chaos, how to listen closely, and how to make people feel seen. Now, while I'm behind a lens instead of a clipboard, that mentality still shapes everything I do. Whether I’m documenting your vows, your family on a slow Sunday morning, or the brand you’ve poured your heart into, I’m here to hold your story with care.
I approach each story with curiosity, presence, and a deep respect for what matters to you. My heart is to leave you with a gallery of memories that represent you now and for years to come.

I. inquiry & booking
Once you reach out, if I’m available for your date, we’ll schedule a call to connect. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, chat through the experience, and see if we are a good fit. I’ll answer any questions and share your custom proposal. Once our contract is signed and deposit is paid, you are officially booked.
III. documenting your day
On the day itself, I’ll be there as a calm, thoughtful presence—blending in, tuning in, and making sure you feel supported throughout. I photograph what unfolds naturally, with gentle guidance as needed and close attention to the moments that might otherwise go unseen. The big emotions, the quiet pauses, the joy between people you love—those are what I’m always watching for.

My philosophy revolves around knowing you deeply so I can document you honestly. Through planning calls and questionnaires, we’ll talk about what matters to you, from the energy of the day to the little details you’re dreaming of. I’m here to help guide your vision both emotionally and aesthetically, so that the story we tell through your photos feels fully and honestly yours.
iv. sharing your memories
A few days after your wedding, I’ll send over a small preview so you can start reliving the day right away. Your full gallery will follow within 7–8 weeks, beautifully edited and carefully curated. These photos are meant to feel familiar and true to you—something you can come back to again and again, and feel the day all over again.

Just like with my wedding inquiries, the process begins when you reach out. If I’m available, I’ll be in touch to set up a time for us to chat. On the call, we’ll talk through your vision—what you’re hoping to capture and any ideas you’ve been dreaming up. From there, a signed contract and paid deposit secure your session in my calendar.
III. session day
Lifestyle sessions are meant to feel relaxed and low-pressure, while still being intentional. I’ll guide you when it’s helpful—offering prompts or direction to bring out the best of the moment—and step back when the moments are already unfolding on their own. My approach blends presence and ease, so you can feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself.
II. details & Direction
I’m a storyteller at heart, and your lifestyle session will be no different. I’ll help you choose a location, think through wardrobe, and shape the vision for what we’re here to capture—whether it’s this season of family life or imagery that brings your brand to life. No matter the session, we’ll collaborate to create something that feels natural, thoughtful, and true to you.

Your full gallery will be delivered within two to three weeks—carefully edited and ready to share, post, print, or simply enjoy. Photos that reflect who you are and the season you are in.
Though I’m based in Madison, WI, I often travel across the state and beyond for weddings and sessions. Travel fees are calculated based on distance, and I’ll walk you through everything ahead of time so there are no surprises, just sweet moments in meaningful places. If your story takes us somewhere on my bucket list, you’ll receive a special discount on your package as a thank-you for bringing me there.

Yes! I’m based in Madison, WI but love traveling for both weddings and sessions. Travel fees apply for locations more than 30 minutes from Madison or Superior, and I’ll always walk you through those details upfront. If your wedding or session is somewhere on my travel bucket list, you may even receive a special discount.

For weddings, you’ll receive a small preview gallery within 2–6 days and your full gallery within 7–8 weeks. Lifestyle sessions are delivered a bit quicker—typically within 2–3 weeks.

Yes, I adore film photography! Alongside digital, I shoot 35mm film to bring in a soft, nostalgic layer to your gallery. Film adds a sense of texture and timelessness, and I love blending it with digital to tell a fuller story.

Most couples reach out 9–12 months before their wedding, especially for popular seasons. For lifestyle and branding sessions, I recommend reaching out 1–3 months in advance if possible—I only take on a handful each month to make sure every client receives my full attention.
